Play That Funky Music....DJ

This is a bit late in reporting, but last month we found the man who will be spinning.....uh, CD's, for our guests! Erik Hodge, from Mike Staff Productions, is our choice! We interviewed a couple guys, watched some tape (wow, this sounds like a coaching search!), weighed the pro's and con's and came up with Mr. Hodge. He fits our personality perfectly and we'll think you guys will love him.

In other news, Ang has selected the dress for her bridesmaids. The girls all went out, tried on some dresses and came to a group consensus, WITHOUT FIGHTING! Apparently, everyone got a long, which made Ang's decision even easier! They found their dresses, and from the sound of it, they are quite beautiful.

The only big thing remaining on our list of things to book is the florist and the cake. For the cake, we have a connection that we plan on using, so we're not too concerned with that at all. The florist is the next big thing, but we're pretty pumped that we locked up the DJ, the dress, the bridesmaid's dresses, the photographer, the videographer, the church and the hall all over a year or more prior to the our date.

We've already begun looking around craft stores for ideas for decorations. Things are moving along at a rapid pace and the big day will be here before we know it!
