Rose Are Red, Violets Are Blue, We've Found Our Florist...

We booked our florist today! After meeting with different companies the last several weeks, we booked the first person we met with: Katie from Courtyard Flowers. That seems to be a trend so far...the first vendor is usually the one we like.

We knew that she was the one, but we did our due dillegence by interviewing other florists to compare prices and to gather more ideas. Eventually, none could compare with Katie.

We look forward to working with her. Her prices are the best we've seen in Metro-Detroit and she has a wonderful personality. Another big factor was that she is young, but experienced, and owns her own business.

With the all the economic problems we've had in this state, it was important for us to seek out small-business owners or family-owned vendors instead of the big corporate names. We are both big supporters of small-business owners and Katie's business will most definitely be booming in the near future. She is hip, young, personable and very creative.
